Why isn't EPD giving out tickets to all these visitors that park on No Parking days? We the tenants move our vehicles,only to loose zOur parking,visitors park illegally, get No Tickets,AND in front of our homes DOESN'T get swept,cleaned,because of these people! We are loosing revenue for our city,WHY???
