Description

Autonomous vehicle is attempting to operate in designated biking lanes without right of way. I'm not paying taxes to improve bike lanes just so some robots can clog the way up.

I believe it meets the size, weight, and speed requirement to be legally allowed to operate in bike lanes.

There's no one to exercise right of way. Right of way can be granted to cows, goats, sheep, horses and carriages, people, and cars with people. There is no precedent for Robots. Let alone Robots in bike safety lanes.
