This intersection is quite dangerous to cross as both a pedestrian and driver. People on the East side of Nicolls regularly park illegally (including delivery and mail trucks) leading to a basically blocked view of oncoming traffic from Willow in both directions. It's a gamble every time there is any traffic at all. There are stoplights at other intersections with far less traffic around here, maybe there should be one here too.
