Description

Traffic signals at Grand/Bellevue and Grand/Bay have started sometimes giving a green to one direction on Grand but not the other and then staying that way for a long time, even when traffic is queuing up in the red direction. sometimes people get frustrated and run the red. please adjust the signal timing to fix this. Thanks!
